Repair and Hire

We pride ourselves on quick response times and exceptional customer service so when a scale goes down, if for some reason we can’t repair it on site we bring it back to our purpose built workshop where we can carry out repairs down to component level. Equipment is then thoroughly tested and weight checked before being returned to the customer.

If equipment goes down that is crucial to the running of your business, then we have a wide range of loan and hire equipment available to make sure there is as little impact your end as possible. This will be swapped back over once your scale has been repaired and returned.

Hire equipment is also great if you have an upcoming stock take and rather than purchasing multiple counting scales, you can hire a selection for a week or two. We also have crane scales, platforms, floor and bench scales for hire.
